I joined Port Jackson Partners primarily based on its reputation for outstanding strategy work with top tier clients. I have been given the opportunity to develop my own skills in small teams with exceptional and genuinely interesting colleagues.
Matthew joined Port Jackson Partners as a Business Analyst after working as a Research Engineer at an industrial research and development consultancy and completing his PhD.
Matthew was also an Officer in the New Zealand Army Reserve (Royal New Zealand Artillery). Matthew moved to Sydney and joined PJP after completing his postdoctoral research in Switzerland.
Since joining PJP, Matthew has worked on a corporate strategy project for an Australian industrial company with local and international operations, and a project looking at value creation among Australia’s top 200 listed companies.
Matthew has a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Biomedical Engineering and a PhD in Bioengineering from the University of Auckland, New Zealand. He received the University of Auckland Doctoral Scholarship.
